We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition and packaging, for any reason within 28 days of receipt of the goods for a replacement or a full refund.

All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. If we have made a mistake in the order, we'll also refund the delivery charge.

We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If for any reason you want to return an item, just follow these simple steps - it's easy.

Please fill in the return form that came inside your parcel. That form helps us to process your return as quickly as possible. Please state the reasons for the return on that form; it is very useful if you can provide as much detailed comments as possible.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods (see below). A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to The Urban Garden by hand or post, fax or email, at the address, fax number or email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to The Urban Garden at your own cost (the address to return the goods to is given above). You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Once you have notified The Urban Garden that you are cancelling the contract, The Urban Garden will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

If you are exchanging goods and the new item you want costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.

If you are exchanging goods and the new item you want costs more than the one you returned an additional payment is needed before the new item will be despatched.

Replacement items will be sent to you free of delivery charges.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.
