A contact telephone number will also be required so that we may contact your urgently if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you advise us otherwise pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order. We also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. We may offer you a reward for purchases or make an offer we think you might like based on your order history.

We may also collect user information about where you are on the Internet (e.g. the URL you came from, IP address, domain types like .co.uk and .com), your browser type, the country and telephone area code where your computer is located, the pages of our website that were viewed during your visit, and any search terms that you entered on our website. When you submit your credit card details at the checkout, the information will be encrypted before leaving your computer.
