Prices on this website are quoted in British Pounds Sterling. They are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of this website. Please note that our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT.

Payment methods

The Urban Garden accepts Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo and VisaDebit.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer when you place your order. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Card payments will be debited and cleared from your account when your order is despatched. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.

For orders placed by mail or phone we also accept UK Postal Orders and UK cheques (crossed and made payable to The Urban Garden Limited). All cheques must be cleared before products are dispatched.
