Last date for standard delivery is midnight on 21st December. For Next Day delivery, it is 2pm on 22nd December.

When you place an order on our website, you will be informed whether the product is in stock. If for any reason an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will give you an expected delivery date.

If a product is in stock and you place your order before 3pm on a week day then your order will be packed within 24 hours and then please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. Credit/debit cards are not charged until the goods leave our warehouse.

Please allow 28 days for the delivery of furniture. When you place an order for furniture you will be informed of an expected delivery date.

We offer two methods of delivery; Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery. For all our deliveries a signature may be required.

Monday to Friday only. This service costs £5.95 per delivery address. Goods sent by our standard service are normally despatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of our receiving your order. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

Monday to Friday only. This service costs £10 per delivery address. Orders placed before 3pm can be delivered the next working day but not on a Saturday or a Sunday.

The following items attract a £20 delivery charge instead of the standard delivery charge.

If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address. A separate charge will apply to each delivery address.

Please note that deliveries to the Highlands & Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands are charged at cost. That costed delivery charge replaces the standard £4.95 delivery charge. Please note that we do not offer a Next Day delivery service to the Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

We will happily send orders overseas and shipping is charged at cost. Please call or email us to obtain a quote for shipping abroad.
